Chris Meyers, the bladesmith behind Segar Customs, combines an engineering background with and artistic eye to create heirloom quality knives.

The internet is filled with cheap mass produced knives that can be delivered to your door overnight. These knives are made of inferior materials and slapped together by people who don’t care about the end product. They’ll be moderately sharp out of the box but dull quickly, and have simple uncomfortable handles. Knives like this end up forgotten in a drawer or tossed out by frustrated users.

Segar Customs knives are hand crafted to match your needs in the kitchen or great outdoors. Whether made from carbon steel or stainless, these knives will be harder and hold their edge longer than their mass produced counterparts. Many hours are dedicated to preparing each knife for its specific purpose, from the edge geometry to the comfort of the handle, while also making them too visually appealing to ever end up in a drawer.

Collaborate with Segar Customs to create a one of a kind knife you’ll enjoy for a lifetime.
